Liability Claims
The Liability Claims Unit handles all non-litigated liability claims that are presented to the District, ensuring full compliance with California Government Code Section 900, et seq. The District's "Claim for Damages" form can be found here in English and here in Spanish.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your claim to be processed after it has been received by the Board Secretariat Office. |
